Roaming Tariffs
The roaming service lets you use Lebara Mobile to make and receive calls, as well as send and receive SMS, MMS and video calls, when you are outside Spain. To use roaming service you need only enrol free by calling customer services from your Lebara mobile at 2222, or 901 810 810.
Voice Roaming
With voice roaming you can make and receive calls while abroad. There are two options for voice roaming, depending on the technology available in the country you are visiting or are planning to visit (see list of countries with and without CAMEL technology)
1. From a country with CAMEL technology to Spain:
Dial the number you wish to call – no need to enter the international code. In other words, just dial the number the way you would if you were in Spain.
2. From a country without CAMEL technology:
To call a phone number in Spain: dial *139* + destination phone number + # (pound key) + call key.
To call an international number: dial *139*00 + country code + regional code + destination number + # (pound key) + call key.
After dialling, you will receive a call. A few seconds after you answer, contact will be established with the person you wish to communicate with. If the line is busy, the call will be automatically discontinued. The call will be billed from the moment of connection with the destination number.
To receive calls from outside Spain you only need to have the Lebara Mobile roaming service activated and to use one of the operators that have an agreement to provide service to Lebara’s clients. When you use your Lebara mobile outside Spain, people calling you from Spain only need to dial your number the same way they do when you are in Spain.
Remember that calls made or received while abroad will be charged to you. To calculate the cost of a roaming call, follow these steps:
1. In the “roaming operator voice prompter” table find the country you are visiting or are planning to visit, as well as the zone corresponding to that country (See list of countries and zones) and the type of provider (we recommend always using the preferential company since it offers lower prices).
2. Look for the corresponding rate in the “originating or receiving voice roaming” tables (depending on whether you are going to make or receive a call from abroad).
Roaming SMS
To send an SMS with your Lebara mobile from outside Spain, the following rates apply: Sending Tariffs for Roaming SMS. SMS messages you receive while roaming are free.
Roaming Multimedia Messages (MMS)
When you send or receive a multimedia message (MMS) with your Lebara mobile from outside Spain, the following rates apply: Sending/Receiving Tariffs for Roaming MMS

To contact Lebara Mobile customer services, top up or check your balance from outside Spain, you must have a balance on your mobile. Call the numbers in the following table: operator services

You must top up sufficiently to be able to reach any other traffic service.
